When we visit Cucuta, like staying here. This hip new hotel offers a lot of big size rooms. The staff is VERY AMIABLE, amazingly attentive. The location it offers is stunning, right by the " Ventura Plaza " shopping mall and the centre and common areas. You can relax at Restaurante Bar Caba, located nearby.
The room is too small.

The hotel clearly lacks the attention of a dedicated operations manager!!! It seems like issues go unresolved while the air conditioning needs more maintenance. I felt the operational areas were somewhat neglected at night!!!

The location of Hr Amada in Cucuta stands out. It's close to many attractions. The breakfast served each morning is a real treat. The selection is delicious, and I appreciated the friendly kitchen staff eager to assist. The hotel definitely requires better management in the operational areas. There were times when things felt unorganized, especially at night when I felt a security presence would have been beneficial. My room was decent, but some touch-ups are needed. A bit of maintenance goes a long way. The air conditioning worked well, keeping me comfortable . The atmosphere has potential but needs some attention to details .

Great hotel with a magnificent location in the middle of Jackson. Lots of goodies for breakfast. - Big room with breakfast included and lots of space. - Location is really close to the "Ventura Plaza" shopping mall and common areas.
